International Co-operation Dept. was officially approved by the Ministry of Commerce, P.R. China (Certificate No. L330220050004 and Seamen Dispatching Certificate No. H46), to undertake labor service dispatch, export trade and proxy business.
Destination countries and regions include Sapan (US), Singapore, Saudi Arabia, EAU, Oman, Mauritius, Hongkong and so on. Human resources from different parts of the country are sorted for varied occupations such as hotel manager, department manager, computer engineer, mechanic, nurse, secretary, machinery operator, seamtress, waiter/waitress, room service, security service, hairdresser, massager, cashier, laundry worker, cleaner, cook, senor seaman, sailor and technician. Since 1999, the department has dispatched some 1000 persons for marine service, with number of active-service employees overseas exceeding 500 the year-round.
The department boasts of the following advantages:
1, Capable of handling seaman applications in Ningbo Marine Bureau;
2, Four training centres in Ningbo accredited by the Ministry of Communications;
3, Four marine schools in Ningbo;
4, Capable of handling passport applications for private purpose.
